Due to the nature of our products (hygiene, personal care, and sanitation), we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange policy.

Hygiene Standard: To ensure the safety and health of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on items such as diapers, sanitary pads, or cleaning liquids once they have left our facility.

Damaged Items: In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof so we can resolve the issue.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
